Animaatiokone users 1/2

Animaatiokone software was tested in Vantaan Kuvataidekoulu (an art school for children, funded by the city of Vantaa). Pupils at the animation workshop from the ages between 13 to 15 tested the software and gave us lots of feedback.

Antti Hyttinen (13), Karlo Villa (14) and Juha Lääperi (13) are working with their first test animation.	Anniina Kuronen (15) and Tuuli Varsa (15) making their first anmation with the new software.
Boys got familiar with the technical interface in just no time. Remote controlling unit and onion-skinning feature got their attention.	Wonders of animation. Compared to the system the workshop has used (DV-Cam + monitor) Animaatiokone software left more time for the actual animation.
Animaatiokone software was running on a laptop pc. Pupils noticed that a movable, and light web camera is a very practical tool.	PC can be both: a monitor and a camera.
